Allow yourself to be seduced by this wonderful city during the most important week in Sevilla, La Feria, when the city, more beautiful than ever, is full of color, castanets and flamenco.

For an entire week, witness the most authentic Sevilla where jubilation can be found around every corner of the city. The streets are brimming with polka-dot covered dresses, antique horse-drawn carriages and crowds moving to the rhythm of flamenco while sharing fino, jamón and pescaito frito (fried fish).

Join us on this unique journey, and dive into the art of flamenco as only few people are able to. I Live Spain invites you to live an unforgettable experience full of music, taste and exclusivity.

HIGHLIGHTS:

ITINERARY:

Day 1
Upon your arrival to the Sevilla Airport, one of our private luxury cars will be waiting to escort you to your 4-5 Star Hotel, all of them luxury boutique hotels, with an excellent location in Sevilla City Center, where our staff will greet you and assist with check-in.

After having time to freshen up in the hotel, we invite you to attend our welcome meal at an excellent tapas restaurant.

Day 2
Since the feria has yet to begin, this is the perfect time to make the most of the city on foot by enjoying a monumental tour with our official expert guide who will accompany you to the Cathedral, the Alcázar and the Barrio Santa Cruz.

In the evening, once you become familiar with the elegant Sevilla, we will visit a private venue to enjoy a fabulous experience – an unedited flamenco jamming session.

This evening you will meet a group of budding flamenco artists, recently graduated from one of the finest flamenco academies in the world. We believe these artists could be the next big thing on the flamenco scene. Enjoy an interactive “flamenco in family” experience with these artists. During the experience you will also participate in an amazing flamenco and tapas-filled evening.

Day 3
La Feria starts today, and you need to be ready to enjoy it like a local. Spend the morning in a flamenco shop/studio learning about flamenco dresses, fans and mantones. From there we will walk to one of Sevilla’s most renowned flamenco fashion shops where we will be met and hosted by one of the shop’s representatives. Taste cava and other aperitifs while the ladies spend the morning trying on handmade dresses, Filipino silk scarves, Spanish fans and the typical feria dress shoes and learning about the history and importance of each garment.

Once the ladies have chosen their flamenco garments and the men are suited and booted, it will be time to travel in our private, horse-drawn carriage to La Feria where I Live Spain has a private caseta available for you to eat, drink and dance.

Day 4
After a long night of delicious gastronomy and flamenco, you will likely desire a free day to relax or return to the feria if you wish.

After lunch, we will attend a bullfight in one of the key temples in the history of bullfighting, Real Plaza de Toros de Sevilla, the most beautiful example of taurine architecture and an essential stage in the evolution of the Bullfights.

Day 5
Depart from Sevilla in our private bus and drive south towards Jerez de la Frontera. On our way we will visit a private bull farm and meet the owner, the future Countess of the De La Maza family. We will be taken out into the countryside, in either a 4×4 or on an open wagon, putting you extremely close to the fighting bulls in order to see their size and strength. Upon our return to the main building we will be treated to an introductory class on how to fight a bravo bull. Learn about the capes, the swords and the numerous difficult maneuvers a bullfighter must employ in order to evade these mighty animals.

We will then be privy to a special lunch in the manor house of the De La Maza family. Very few people have the pleasure of being invited into their private residence. The Countess will show us around and actually lunch with us in her grand country residence.

When you are ready, we will return to our transport and continue on to our hotel in Jerez de la Frontera.

Day 6
Late in the morning we will visit the Real Escuela Andaluza del Arte Ecuestre where you will have the opportunity to attend to one of the finest equestrian shows around the world, guaranteed to leave you in awe watching how the riders train these lovely animals to dance.

After our time at the Royal Equestrian Academy, we will walk to a small sherry winery where you will learn about the unique methods of production as well as the special aging process of sherry wine. We will enjoy a tasting of the wines along with a delicious tapas lunch on a beautiful patio at the winery, the perfect way to say farewell an unforgettable Andalusian trip.

Day 7
Our private luxury cars will be waiting to transfer you to the Jerez de la Frontera Airport.
