Day 1:
Upon your arrival to the Bilbao Airport, one of our private luxury car transfers will be waiting to escort you to your Hotel, where our staff will greet you and assist with check-in.
After having time to relax in the hotel, we invite you to attend a sophisticated dinner prepared by Daniel Garcia, Chef winner of 1 Michelin Star.
Day 2:
Today we will visit the world-famous Guggenheim Museum in a private setting, along with an Expert Art Guide who will lead us through our discovery of one of the most relevant buildings of the 20th century, designed by the prestigious architect Frank Gehry.
After the museum, we will visit a beutiful Cellar to learn more about the traditional Basque wine, Txacolí. Pamper your palette with an early dinner by Eneko Atxa, holder of 3 Michelin Stars.
Day 3:
Cruise through landscapes lined with vineyards and make culturally significant stops on your way to La Rioja Alavesa. After check-in at the most prestigious 5-Star Hotel of this area, you will lunch at a classic and traditional, old Spanish-style restaurant and follow it with a tasting in their antique, underground cellar.
Take time to discover the beautiful Medieval town of LaGuardia on foot with our walking tour. Then enjoy the surroundings of your hotel, relax at their impressive spa or play a round at the nearby golf course on this free evening.
Day 4
After breakfast we will explore and sip the wines of the first boutique cellar designed by Santiago Calatraba. This is our first stop before visiting our next spectacular cellar where we will learn about the most traditional wine maker.
Once we understand Spanish wines, we will visit the museum of wine, located in a very traditional cellar, and taste a special selection of wines over lunch while taking in the spectacular views of the Ebro River and vineyards.
Day 5
After breakfast, we will drive to one of the most outstanding cities of Spain, San Sebastián.
After check-in at your beachfront hotel, located in a belle epoque building, we will discover the beautiful city by food with a Gourmet Walking Pintxos Lunch paried with delicious wines.
Day 6:
Be a chef for a day with a Master Class taught by Pedrp Subijana, a world renowned Chef holding 3 Michelin Stars, where you will learn the latest innovator techniques and spend the morning shopping in a traditional market but with a rare, extraordinary touch as Chef Subijana will be your guide.
Experience unforgettable views of the Cantabric Sea while delighting in the sensational tasting menu at Akelarre.
Day 9:
Today we will experience the chic, fabulously French Basque Country, during a day designed to take you into the Belle Epoque flavored world.
Take a leisurely stroll through the glamourous streets of Biarritz, the chic coastal gem. Our local experts will lead you through the famous food market, whose selection of regional cheeses, wines and seasonal bounty is on another level.
Further south in St. Jean de Luz, enjoy an elegant seaside lunch featuring French Basque cuisine and techniques.
Day 8:
Our private luxury cars will be waiting to tranefr you to San Sebastian Airport. End of the Trip
