Unknown Extremadura is an itinerary where you’ll discover fortified villages, cities with a special magic, Roman ruins, and, of course, La Dehesa Extremeña, a large ecosystem spanning nearly one million hectares, where Iberian pigs and bulls thrive among the oak trees. We fuse this itinerary with our journey to Sevilla, a beautiful city and must-see when visiting the South of Spain.

Day 1
Upon your arrival at the Sevilla Airport, our private luxury car will be waiting to escort you to your 5-star hotel featuring an excellent location in the heart of Sevilla where our staff will greet you and assist with check-in.
After having time to freshen up in the hotel, we invite you to attend our welcome meal at an excellent tapas restaurant.
Day 2
After breakfast we will enjoy a monumental walking tour with our official expert guide who will accompany us to the Cathedral, the Alcázar and the Barrio Santa Cruz.
In the evening, once you become familiar with the elegant Sevilla, we will visit a private venue to enjoy a fabulous and inimitable experience – an unedited flamenco jamming session.
During this session we will meet a group of budding flamenco artists, recently graduated from one of the finest flamenco academies in the world. We believe these artists could be the next big thing on the flamenco scene. Enjoy an interactive “flamenco in family” experience with these artists. During the experience we will also participate in an amazing flamenco and tapas-filled evening.
Day 3
This morning we will start our journey to Extremadura. Our private luxury 4×4 will be waiting to escort you to your next 5-star designer hotel in Cáceres, an architectural jewel artfully placed in a magnificent historical setting.
Once you are ready, we have reserved an incredibly special dinner for you at the restaurant of the Grand Chef Toño Perez, holder of two Michelin Stars, who will delight you with the most wonderful and sophisticated local dishes.
Day 4
After breakfast, our expert guide will escort us across this exciting and well preserved medieval city that has been declared a World Heritage by UNESCO.
Today we will also visit Mérida, a city founded in 25 B.C. by order of the Roman Emperor Augustus. Here you will explore The Roman Theatre (an amphitheater) as well as the Museum of Roman Art designed by architect Rafael Moneo.
For lunch we have a table reserved for you in a traditional restaurant that merges both international and national cuisine where you will dine on tapas before our next stop in Zafra, a wonderfully active city full of history.
After some free time to have dinner or enjoy waking the city center, we will rest in an antique and beautiful country house restored into a very charming and peaceful accommodation.
Day 5
After breakfast, we will travel to Jerez de los Caballeros, a historical village where the historical Knights Templar lived.
Today, we have organized an exceptionally distinct trip to an authentic “Cortijo” where bull farm owners will show us how a real bull farm works, and we will also have our first contact with La Dehesa.
After this unique experience, we will continue enjoying Extremadura by tasting a fantastic selection of Iberian products.
In the evening, we will enjoy the beautiful city of Olivenza, a town with a strategic location, making it a source of conflict between Spain and Portugal for many years.
Day 6
This is without doubt one of the most exciting days of the tour. After breakfast, we will tour a private Iberian acorn ham cellar to learn more about this gourmet product.
Then, we will spend the day surrounded by Bravo Bulls on a beautiful bull farm, visiting the field and observing this strong animal at close range after a traditional lunch in the Finca.
Day 7
Our private luxury car will be waiting to transfer you to the Sevilla Airport.
